BismiLlah...

Dunia kulihat bermacam-macam ragamnya...

Aku kehairanan melihat perbuatan mereka... Sebabnya mudah sahaja... Aku tidak mempunyai couple. Ha haa... Pelik rasanya...

Diriku me reflect balik kejadian ciptaan Tuhan ini. Aku melihat wajahku tidaklah hodoh sangat, dan lebih baik lagi berbanding kehenseman purata masyarakat campus.
Mataku...
Hidungku...
Telingaku...
Kulitku...
Ketinggianku...
Suaraku...
Susuk badanku...

Aku menscan balik diriku...

Allah kekasih agungku, melarangnya... Maka hanya kerana itu...

What Colour Is Your Brain?

|
Your Brain is Green

Of all the brain types, yours has the most balance.
You are able to see all sides to most problems and are a good problem solver.
You need time to work out your thoughts, but you don't get stuck in bad thinking patterns.

You tend to spend a lot of time thinking about the future, philosophy, and relationships (both personal and intellectual).

Yeop, I'm tagging your brain...

Ibadah dan Bid'ah

Li ukhti Raihan...

It is narrated on the authority of the Mother of the Believers, Umm 'Abdullah 'Aishah, radiyallahu 'anha, that the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, said:

"Whosoever introduces into this affair of ours (i.e. into Islam) something that does not belong to it, it is to be rejected."

[Al-Bukhari & Muslim]

According to the version in Muslim, (it reads): "Whosoever works a work which has for it no command of ours is to be rejected."

Dari Ummul Mu'minin Ummu 'AbduLlah, A'isyah R.A. katanya; RasuluLlah S.A.W. telah bersabda:

What Do You Get When You Cross Seed and $$$..?

|
Salam...

What do you get when you cross a seed and a $ mind?

You basically get $... Lots, and lots of $$ of course!!!

Now then, let's talk about money and seeds in terms of fruit business. Hmm... where do I start? Ok, good... Let's start there.

You are a student, studying in the field of fruitology and one day when it was your birthday, your mum gave a present... A seed! An apple seed! You were thinking, why does mum have to give something so cheap? So cheap and small and tiny and little... It could easily slip through your pocket hole without even noticing it! But because you're an obedient kid of your mum, you kept it locked safe somewhere.

Then something suddenly struck your mind, "How about if I plant this seed and perhaps one day I could taste the sweetness of what mum gave me..?" You said to yourself that that was a good idea and you instantly went to do it. You planted it in the little beloved garden of yours in front of your house.

As days pass by, you consistently took care of that soon-to-be-apple-tree of yours. You put fertilizers and you water it, hoping that one day it'll fruit with the best and sweetest of fruits. Weeks then pass by... Months, and years...

It then came to one day, where fruits were jutting out from branches all over your apple tree. Hundreds of them..! You collected them and decide to sell some of them. You were able to sell all the apples, quite a lot of money you got. But the little wicked mind of yours were saying that "it's not enough... it's not enough... let's have more..!" So you decided to plant more trees and get more money. The seeds were gotten from some of the apples that was collected.

As time passes by, you were able to expand your business... By the doubles! And triples! And so on..! Until one day you became a tycoon, a fruit tycoon!

Moral of the story; with a seed you can become a fruit tycoon. So let's become fruit tycoons!

"The parable of those who spend their substance in the way of Allah is that of a grain of corn: it groweth seven ears, and each ear Hath a hundred grains. Allah giveth manifold increase to whom He pleaseth: And Allah careth for all and He knoweth all things."

Do you know?

|
Do you know that if there's a typing error in your blog url (blogspot in this case), it'll lead you directly to a Bible site. For example:

http://atmkeikan.blogpsot.com
(that's the wrong one, blogspot spelled as blogpsot)

I once sent my blog url to a friend, when he said that the site he opened was actually a Bible site..? Wow, I was shocked at first. But then when I checked the url I gave him, it had spelling errors in it. Blogspot was spelled blogpsot.

So, to yous people out there... Don't do typing errors if you don't want your colleges getting shocked opening a bible site (especially if his not a christian!) when he actually intended to see your blog! Teruskan membaca!

In My Heart

|
Special it is
That you are
Always in my heart
Your place is
Long have i waited for you
But you come
And go...
The sweet moments
We had together
Something to be
Remembered forever
I had full faith in you
For you gave me
The love for God
The Unique...
I've always hope
To be with you
For eternity
But God made it
That you only pass by
So sad I am
Because of that
What can I do
Nothing
Of course
But only hope
For the best
That I shall
Meet you again

Abu Hurairah, radiyallahu 'anhu, reported that the Messenger of Allah, sallaLlahu 'alayhi wasallam, said:

"Allah the Almighty has said: 'Whosoever acts with enmity towards a closer servant of Mine (wali), I will indeed declare war against him. Nothing endears My servant to Me than doing of what I have made obligatory upon him to do. And My servant continues to draw nearer to Me with supererogatory (nawafil) prayers so that I shall love him. When I love him, I shall be his hearing with which he shall hear, his sight with which he shall see, his hands with which he shall hold, and his feet with which he shall walk. And if he asks (something) of Me, I shall surely give it to him, and if he takes refuge in Me, I shall certainly grant him it.'"

[Al-Bukhari]

Ramadhan!
The month of nawafil!
Till we meet again...
Approx. 6 more month!

Trip to PG Power Plant

|

The power plant

The visit was a brief one. But the briefness of how things went, thought us many things. Puan Hayati, our lecturer brought us on this trip so that we learn the ways of engineers, in live. How they think, how they brought their knowledge to practical use and lots of other cool exilirating stuffs.

We entered the power plant, with lots of things expected in our mind. Before, Puan Hayati said she told the "Power-Plantiers" that we are bunch of highly intelligent kids (well, I don't know how true that is, but lets hope so...). And before, we were given an assignment regarding a power plant problem. Because of that, our minds were pouring with questions.

As for myself, this would be my first time seing a-non-academician-engineer at work (my dad's an academician-engineer, I see him nearly every day!). I thought "real" engineers have very low PR, but that perception of mine instantly change when one of the engineers introduced himself with an ear-to-ear smile. "My name is Hanaffi..." he said, after he walked slumberly to the front of the majlis. Man, he's really friendly...

We went around the power plant and looked at some turbines, some boilers and the control room. Man, all the things were "extraterrestrially" humungous! Unfortunately we were unlucky enough as to see the isi perut of those things. It was just not our day (from that point of view). It would be kinda of cool to see all the turbine's blades and stuffs. Another thing that I realise was that the power plant was very cleen or at least tidy.

The visit to the control room was a long one. Sedar-sedar, we were divided into a few small groups. Some were listening to Mr. Hanaffi explaining, some were taking pictures with other engineers, and some were posing as though they themselves were engineers!

Time went by quickly. Suddenly we were told that its already the time to return. Nearly everyone (I think) were still not satisfied, perhaps they wanted to know and see more. But still everyone obeyed and walked out of the main building. In those last opportunities, many took pictures of all sorts. Weird these kanak-kanak riang are! Then all "balik"ed...

Here was what I got or learnt from the visit:
  1. Engineers are those who put knowledge and ideas to practical use.
  2. Even engineers are friendly and have good PR! (Kagum dengan Mr. Hanaffi)
  3. Cleanliness of the working environment affects quality of products.
  4. Better my understanding on turbines, boilers and other thermo systems.
  5. We must plan ahead, so that tak tertinggal lagi yang wajib! (Btw, Islam is so practical that in a condition when solah time is nearly over we can even solah in the bus. The wudhu' can be 'ganti'ed with tayammum.)

Very excited!!
